Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg whites until they form a peak.
  2. Combine sugar and pecans.
  3. Add to egg whites.
  4. Drop with a teaspoon on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, turn the oven off.
  7. Leave the pecan dainties in the oven for 30 minutes.
