Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) can pear halves, drained
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • 0.5 (17 1/2 oz) can prepared chocolate pudding (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Place 2 pear halves in each dessert dish. Stir peppermint extract into pudding; spoon on pears. Garnish with dollop o fwhipped topping and maraschino cherry or mint leaf.
