Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Whisk egg and cream; stir into crumb mixture just until moistened. Fold in pears and pecans. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 400° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Yield: 10 biscuits.
