Peanutty Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
  4. Combine bananas, milk, peanut butter, oil and egg in small bowl.
  5. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
  6. Stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon batter into loaf pan.
  8. Sprinkle peanuts and remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips evenly over batter.
  9. Bake 60 minutes or until tested done.
  10. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
  11. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove, cool on rack.
  12. Cool completely before slicing.
