Peanut Orange Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl and cut in peanut butter.
  2. Mix the egg, milk, and orange rind into the mixture.
  3. Fold in the peanuts and pour into a well greased 9 x 5 x3 inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and cool.
