Peanut Butter Spicy Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour the chicken broth and chicken into the skillet.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the peanut butter.
  3. Cover with lid and let cook for 20 mins on low/medium heat.
  4. Add the peanut butter when there's a couple of minutes left for cooking time, stir in and let the curry finish cooking.
  5. If the peanut butter taste is overpowering just put a little more cinnamon inches.
  6. Add more pepper flakes if you want something spicier.
