Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Treats With Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 12 oz hershey's milk chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Heat the sugar, corn syrup and butter until it comes to a boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter.
  3. Stir in the Rice Krispies.
  4. Press the mixture into the chilled 13 x 9 pan. Spread chocolate frosting on top. Chill in the fridge.
  5. Frosting:.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and spread on the bars immediately. I use the double boiler method for melting.
