Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups brown sugar (1 lbs)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups peanut butter (18 oz)
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz) jar marshmallow cream

Directions:

  1. Combine peanutbutter, marshmellow, nuts and vanilla in a small bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Grease a 9x9 pan and set aside.
  4. Combine sugars, milk and salt in a heavy bottomed sauce pan.
  5. Stir, bring to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add peanutbutter/marshmello mixture and mix quickly.
  8. (This hardens FAST!) Pour and pat into pan.
  9. Let set up.
  10. Cut with a knife dipped in hot water.
  11. Keep in an airtight container.
