Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, using a mixer, whip peanut butter and shortening until well blended.
  3. Add granulated and brown sugar and mix.
  4. Add egg and vamilla.
  5. Shift flour, salt and baking soda into peanut butter batter.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfull onto greased cookie sheet or parchment paper on cookie sheet. Leaving 2 inches between cookies.
