Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large mixing bowl, melt butter (microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute).
  3. Add sugars to melted butter.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add vanilla, peanut butter, and eggs.
  6. Mix well.
  7. In a separate mixing bowl, blend flour, bran, oats, and baking soda.
  8. Add to butter mixture.
  9. Blend well.
  10. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  11. Place on center rack in oven.
  12. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cookies are browned and done.
  13. Remove to rack to cool.
