Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb margarine
  • 2 lbs confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 lb paraffin wax

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine and peanut butter over medium heat. Add vanilla.
  2. Place sugar in a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over the sugar. Mix well.
  3. Roll into small balls (about 1 inch).
  4. Chill in freezer until balls are firm.
  5. Melt wax in a double boiler. Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
  6. Dip balls into chocolate. Cool on wax paper.
