Peanut  Butter Bandit Fudge Ripple Pie

Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 1 1/2 cups (15 cookies ) creme filled chocolate cookie crumbs
  • filling
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter ( by the way...i love !)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. In 9-inch pie pan, combine all crust ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Press mixture firmly in bottom and up sides of pie pan.
  4. Refrigerate while preparing filling
  5. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and vanilla; beat at medium speed until smooth and well blended.
  6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Fold in cream
  8. Spoon into crust. Spoon/ drizzle melted chocolate over the filling
  9. Gently pull knife thru chocolate to marble.
  10. Freeze at least 2 hours.
  11. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting
  12. Serves 6 - 8 ... or ONE!!
