Peanut Butter And Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpous flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl mix together flour and 1/4 cup sugar
  2. Add baking powder
  3. Add milk oil and vanilla
  4. Stir until smooth
  5. Stir in peanutbutter
  6. Transfre to a ungreased 11/2 quart casserole dish
  7. In same bowl stir together 1/2 cup sugar and cocoa powder
  8. Gradually stir in boiling water
  9. Pour mixture evenly over batter in casserole
  10. Bake 400 for about 30 min
  11. Serve warm.
  12. Serve with vanilla icecream
  13. If desired top with fudge sauce and nuts,
