Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cheesecake of Dooom

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. Combine with the Grahm Cracker Crumbs and mix until throughly coated.
  4. In a spring form pan, line the bottom with the mixture and pack it firmly.
  5. Tilt the pan and line the sides approximately 1/2 way up with the crust mixture and pack it.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes.
  7. Set the crust aside to cool.
  8. In a large bowl, mix the Cream Cheese, Sugar, Eggs, and Peanut butter with an electric mixer until smooth.
  9. Cover the bottom of the crust with approximately 1/4 of the Chocolate Chips.
  10. Fold the remainer of the Chocolate Chips into the cake mixture.
  11. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
  12. When the top of the cake is golden brown, the cheesecake is done.
  13. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  14. Melt the Bakers Chocolate either in a microwave or with a double boiler.
  15. Remove the sides of the springform pan and cover the cheesecake with the melted chocolate.
  16. Allow to chill for a minimum of about 4 hours.
