Peachy Ice Cream Gelatin Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 small boxes peach gelatin
  • 1 (16 oz) can sliced peaches

Directions:

  1. Dissolve 1 box peach gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Slowly add the
  2. Peach ice cream by spoonsful, stirring until ice cream melts. Pour this mixture into large gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
  3. After gelatin is set, dissolve remaining box of peach gelatin in 1 cup
  4. Boiling water. Add 1 sliced peaches with their juice. Very slowly and
  5. Gently, pour this mixture into mold on top of set gelatin. Refrigerate
  6. Until set, unmold and serve.
