Peach Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1, 3 inch piece of ginger peeled
  • 2/3 cup peach or apricot jam
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. In food prrocessor dinely chop garlic and ginger
  2. Add preserves, soy sauce, water and red pepper flakes and pulse until sauce is combined
  3. Meanwhile pat wings dry and place on foil lined broiler pan which has been lightly oiled.
  4. Lightly salt wings
  5. Pour over sauce
  6. Spread wings on pan in a single layer
  7. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 5 minutes and turn over and continue to broil, turning and basting 3 more times until chicken is fully cooked and browned in spots about 20 to 25 minutes
  8. Serve with potato salad
