Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 4 (16 oz) cans peaches
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 dash vanilla

Directions:

  1. Pour melted butter in bottom of 9x13 pan.
  2. Blend first four ingredients and 1 C peach juice, add milk. Pour batter evenly into pan. Spoon peaches over the batter.
  3. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
