Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak peas 2 to 3 hours overnight.
  2. Retaining soaking water, add pork and onion.
  3. Bring to a boil, cover.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook about 4 hours.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Remove pork bones and serve hot.
