Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare tomato sauce by sautéing onions and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and herbs.
  3. Let simmer one hour.
  4. Add a small amount of water if it gets too thick.
  5. Spread a thin coating of olive oil in large baking pan.
  6. Spoon in some tomato sauce.
  7. Cook your pasta and drain it.
  8. Pour it into the pan.
  9. Toss with olive oil and a little sauce.
  10. At this point, you can add some extra chili pepper and chopped garlic, as much as you like!
  11. Cover the pasta in a generous layer of sauce, then cheese.
  12. Top with your favorite toppings.
  13. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
  14. Kids love this- enjoy it!
