Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Cut in butter.
  3. Mix in water and egg.
  4. Roll into 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut into squares line on sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min until flaky.
