Hot Milk Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cream ( whipping)
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients 1 thru 7 together and place in greased square pan(9x9) .
  2. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
  3. Topping: mix ingredients 8 thru 11, spread on cake and broil till bubbly.
  4. (few minutes).
