  1. Cook pasta as package directs, adding broccoli 3 minutes before pasta will be done.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, breaking with with spoon, until cooked through, about 6 minutes. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in pumpkin pie spice, cook 1 minute. Stir in half and half, pumpkin, sugar and salt. Heat mixture to boiling and cook 1 minute longer.
