Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs-choose your favorite
  • 1 package cubed cheese
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 box(es) penne pasta
  • 1 cup zucchini or squash

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta according to package directions. I like to add the dressing while the pasta is still warm. Then stir in all other ingredients. I reserve 1/2 cup of dressing to add right before serving. You can add or substitute any of the veggies.
