Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches broccolini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook your choice of pasta (spiral works well).
  2. Roast nuts until golden brown
  3. Crush nuts to a paste.
  4. Add basil.
  5. Crush garlic add to basil mix.
  6. Chop chicken into bit size cubes
  7. Slice onion
  8. Fry onion and chicken until chicken is golden brown
  9. Cook brocillini for 5 minutes
  10. Mix everything together
  11. For a creamier sauce add sour creme to the mix
  12. Serve with cracked pepper on top.
