Basil And Balsamic  Mayonnaise Chiken Breast Sandw...

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pan over médium heat, cook the chicken breasts with a piece of onion, salt and herbs (if you want). When chicken breasts are ready, cut them into medium pieces and set aside.
  2. For the Basil Mayonaise: In the blender, blend Mayonaise , fresh basil leaves, garlic, onion, mustard, balsamic vinegar, ground black pepper and salt if you want.
  3. Wash, dry and cut the lettuce in pieces; mix lettuce, chicken brest pieces ,celery and mix well. See Photo
  4. Cut each bread and spread butter inside. See Photo
  5. Set the chicken mix inside each bread, put tomatoes close breads and enjoy. See Photo
