Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter then stir in curry powder.
  2. Crush saltines and toss with curried butter to coat evenly.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of the crumb mixture then spread rest over bottom of rectangular pan.
  4. Chop onion in medium dice and toss with salt then add to pan making even layer over crumbs.
  5. Cover that with a layer of cheddar.
  6. Scald milk then lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  7. Stir in a little of the hot milk then combine with remaining milk and pour over layers in pan.
  8. Sprinkle reserved cracker crumbs over all then top with a light layer of parmesan.
  9. Finish with a dusting of paprika then bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
  10. When done cut into squares and serve warm with parsley garnish.
