Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pans
  2. Mix flour and parmesan cheese in plastic bag
  3. Shake a few potato cubes in bag at a time and put in buttered pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  5. With spatula, turn over and bake another 30 minutes
  6. Leftover cheese may be put in freezer for next time!
