Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 -8 large baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Directions:

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes.
  2. Combine parmesean cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Melt margarine in 9x13 pan.
  4. Mix potatoes with cheese mixture and place in pan.
  5. Mix with the butter.
  6. Cover and bake 1/2 hour at 350. Stir and bake another 1/2 hour, uncovered.
