Parmesan Chicken Aka the Good Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Crush stuffing mix to make coarse crumbs-put in pie pan.
  4. Add the Parmesan and seasonings to the crumbs.
  5. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a shallow pan.
  6. Dip the chicken pieces in the melted butter, then in the crumbs.
  7. Dot the chicken pieces with bits of the remaining butter.
  8. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
