Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil , of choice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs , of choice

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in fry pan at medium-high heat.
  2. Add breadcrumbs.
  3. Toast until they just start to gain color.
  4. Add minced garlic and salt.
  5. If too wet, add more breadcrumbs, if too dry add a little more oil.
  6. Toast until golden brown.
