Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine parmesan, flour, and seasonings.
  3. Dredge the catfish in milk.
  4. Coat fish WELL in cheese mixture.
  5. Place on baking dish.
  6. Drizzle butter over coated filets.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is done and become flaky.
