Paper Bag Triple Berry Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large paper grocery bag
  • crust
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil (canola is what i used)
  • 2 tbsp cold milk
  • filling
  • 4 cups berries (i have used 2 black , and 1 cup ras , 1 cup blue ,) i did toss in extra blue ( little over
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar ( i experimented
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 inch pie plate( I used 8 inch deep dish when I threw in the extra berries)
  2. In a Ziploc pour filling ingredients
  3. Shale well and dump it into the crust(Worded my my Granny)
  4. Put softened butter in bowl cut or mix in flour and sugar
  5. Spoon or sprinkle on top
  6. Place pie in grocery bag and fold open end to close bag
  7. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes
  8. DONT PEEK
  9. Take out and cool(cool in bag)
