  1. Prepare rice over stove. When done, move into a big skillet along with pepper, beans,corn, and sauce. Cook on medium high heat for about 3 minutes, or until all ingredients are cooked through. Add tomato paste and stir. Keep on stove for 2 minutes more. Serve!
