Ingredients:

  • dry
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp oil
  • wet
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat large skillet over low heat. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. When skillet is hot bring together wet and dry ingredients. Mix until everything just comes together. 1/3-1/2 cup of batter per pancake. Pour batter in pan, cook until bubbles set on the edge then flip and cook until golden brown on bottom.
