Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar (1/3 & 1/2 of it)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp shorting, melted

Directions:

  1. In an mixing bowl combine milk, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, vanilla and flour.Mix well
  2. In a skillet melt the shorting and add little bit of the batter at a time.
  3. Use enough but lightly on the shorting.
