Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp maple extract
  • 1 tbsp butter flavor extract
  • 2 tbsp baking soda
  • 3 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream the butter, sugar, and agave in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one a time and mix thoroughly. Stir in extracts.
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Add to sugar mixture and mix well.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepped cookie sheet - I like to use parchment paper.
  5. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350°F.
