Directions:

  1. Saute first 3 in skillet. Then add beef and brown well. Stir in:
  2. Tbl Curry Powder
  3. /2 tsp Salt
  4. Dash of Pepper, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Tumeric
  5. Cups or 1 can diced tomatoes
  6. Potatoes, diced
  7. Cups frozen peas or green beans.
  8. Cover and simmer 25 min until potatoes are cooked. Server over rice.
