Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  2. Drain oysters well after rinsing.
  3. Generously grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with low sides.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cracker crumbs over the bottom.
  5. Lay half of the oysters on top of the crumbs, then sprinkle with half of the onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Dot generously with butter and pour on half of the cream and milk.
  7. Repeat layers but save the remaining crumbs for the top.
  8. Garnish with paprika, using enough to make it really red.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot. with tabasco sauce.
