Overnight Strawberry-Banana French Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla extract and baking powder. Pour over bread to soak; turn to coat well. Cover.
  2. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  4. Mix frozen strawberries, bananas and sugar in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with soaked bread slices.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
