Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim fat from meat and cut into serving portions. Pound meat on both sides with flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in hot oil. Move meat to casserole. Stir remaining flour into hot drippings. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350? for 2 hours or until tender. Sprinkle grated cheese over meat just before serving. return to oven to melt cheese. (If necessary, add some water to keep moist.).
  2. Tip: If using glass baking dish, bake for 1 1/2- 1 3/4 hours.
