Oven Roasted Red Potatoes With Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 -2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Clean potatoes.
  2. Cut 1/2 slices into potato but do not cut all the way through. You should have a whole potato when done.
  3. Put potatoes in a bowl and pour oil over them.
  4. Mix the rest of the seasonings together.
  5. Sprinkle over potatoes.
  6. Wrap potatoes in foil.
  7. Bake in 350 oven until done. 40 to 50 minutes.
