  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line jellyroll pan with foil. In bowl, combine crumbs,flour,zest and oregano. Whisk whites until frothy. Add shrimp,toss to coat. Coat shrimp in crumb mixture. Arrange on pan;generously coat with cooking spray. Bake,turning once and coating with cooking spray,until opaque,4 mins. a side.
