Oven Fried Chicken Legs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix egg whites and milk
  2. Cover chicken legs in egg whites and milk mixture
  3. Roll in flower and place on a non stick baking sheet
  4. Lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
  6. Add herbs or seasonings to taste
