Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast the ribs at 375°F in a deep roasting pan for one hour. Drain the fat as needed.
  2. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for one hour. (I start both at the same time)
  3. Pour sauce over the ribs, reduce the temperature to 300°F and continue baking for another hour. Baste occasionally with the sauce during baking.
