Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all the vegetables in a large oven proof dish
  2. Beat the oil with the ginger and garlic
  3. Using a kitchen brush coat the vegetabless with the oil mixture
  4. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and dry herbs on top
  5. Slowly pour the stock around the vegetables
  6. Add the herbs bunch
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes
  8. After 20 minutes
  9. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes
  10. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and enjoy
