Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1-1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 thighs remove skin

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Stir together flour, paprika, salt, and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish. Bake 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min. longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
  2. Sometimes I sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder or garlic pepper, onion powder.
