Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Prepare 1 whole package of orzo, drain, rinse with water, add olive oil (1-2 tbsp), chill.
  2. 2. Chop red bell pepper, 1/2 bunch to 3/4 bunch of green onions and mix in with orzo (after the pasta has chilled).
  3. 3. Add 20-25 tbsp of low sodium soy, or until the orzo turns a light brown from the soy sauce. If using less than a whole package of Orzo halve or quarter the soy.
  4. 4. add the olives and a handful of sunflower seeds.
  5. Serve chilled!
