Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • nutmeg , to taste
  • 1 cup coconut (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, add sugar and margarine to eggs, and beat until well blended.
  2. Add milk, flour, salt, vanilla (and coconut) and blend.
  3. Pour into a well greased 10” pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
