Orange Streusel-Topped Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and grated orange peel. Stir in orange juice, melted butter, eggs and chopped nuts.
  2. Pour into 12 muffin cups.
  3. Blend 1 tablespoon melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle on top of each muffin.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
