Orange Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp cold water
  • 1-1/3 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1-1/2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir in the orange juice, vinegar, mustard and honey. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Stir in poppy seeds and salt. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
